Benefits of krill oil Krill oil differs from fish oil in how the omega-3 fatty acids
are structured: in fish oil the acids are in triglyceride form,
while in krill oil they are in a double-chain phospholipid form.
Krill oil contains about 44 per cent omega-3 fatty acids of which 19.
There simply have not been enough research about the
oil in order for there to become any conclusions on whether krill oil
is a great replacement for omega-3 fatty acids or flaxseed oil,
that are both full of omega-3 essential fatty acids.
